Going solar with United Solar Energy involves less contact & time than some might think. A majority of our work happens behind the scenes. From surveying, rooftop assessments, permitting and installations, we’ve perfected the processes and technology to limit person-to-person contact.
Phone & Video Consultation
United Solar Energy can conduct virtual home consultations for customers using our video conferencing technology, VoIP systes and traditional phone calls and messages. We also use electronic contract and document tools so as you can complete your solar solution remotely. We’re here to help so if there is anything we can do to assist you; please let us know.
Installation Safety
As with our remote solar consultations, we have invested in technology to streamline our installation processes, including online permitting and interconnection in many locations, as well as utilizing drone technology to complete rooftop surveys where possible. These tools and processes allow us to keep your project moving without needing regular in-person meetings and reviews. We manage everything for you in the background.

COVID-19 is a unique challenge, and we’re constantly evaluating our company and government guidelines to better protect our clients & staff.
We’re following health guidelines and other best practices recommended by government and medical experts from across the globe. We employ the best practices and precautions, including:
- Ensuring our staff are healthy and not working if they’re sick or have been in contact with those that are.
- Training staff to use best practices from public health and government authorities to reduce the risk of potential exposure, including guidelines on handwashing, tool and equipment cleaning & sanitation, social distancing, and understanding and identifying the signs of symptoms.
- Securing our work sites and workspaces. This includes increasing the frequency of site and office cleaning and sanitizing. Following the best practice recommendations provided by the Australian Government and the World Health Organization.
What we’re asking of you
We are also asking our customers to support us in preventing transmission. If you are ill or have recently traveled to severely impacted areas, we will happily accommodate you in transitioning your sales consultation to occur virtually, or rescheduling an installation or site visit when necessary.
